Where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes

Where We Ship

SHOGUN ships from Japan to four destinations: Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, and Japan. These four are the only regions you can select at checkout. If your country is not on this list, we are not able to accept your order yet.

Shipping Cost

Singapore	Free on every order
Hong Kong SAR	Free on every order
Malaysia	Free on every order
Japan	Free on every order

There is no minimum order value and no handling fee. Shipping is free regardless of how many bags you buy.

Dispatch and Delivery Time

Dispatch	Within 2 business days after your order is confirmed
Transit	Approximately 3 to 4 days after dispatch

Customs clearance in the destination country can add time, so we are not able to guarantee arrival on a specific date.

Tracking

A tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email we send when your parcel leaves Japan. Use that number to follow the parcel on the carrier's site.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees incurred in the destination country. Please contact your local customs authorities for details.

Delivery Address

Please include your unit or apartment number where one applies. In Singapore an address without the unit number (for example #05-12) cannot be delivered, and the parcel is returned to Japan.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email support@shogun.dog with your order number and we will investigate. For refunds and returns, see our Refund Policy.
