These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the online store (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by Asahi I&R Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with and upon agreement to these Terms.

Article 1 — Application

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Company concerning the use of the Service. Any rules posted on the Service by the Company shall also constitute a part of these Terms.

Article 2 — Users

In these Terms, "User" refers to any individual who browses or uses the Service, regardless of whether they have registered as a member. By commencing use of the Service, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 3 — Member Registration

  1. Users may purchase products as a guest without member registration.
  2. A User who wishes to register as a member shall apply for registration in the manner prescribed by the Company after agreeing to these Terms. Member registration is completed when the Company approves the application.
  3. A User who has completed member registration (hereinafter referred to as a "Member") shall be responsible for the proper management of their user ID and password for the Service.

Article 4 — Use by Minors

If a User is a minor, they shall use the Service only after obtaining the consent of a parent, guardian, or other legal representative. If a minor purchases products using the Service, it will be deemed that consent from a legal representative has been obtained.

Article 5 — Purchase of Products

  1. The User shall apply to purchase products in the manner prescribed by the Company.
  2. A sales contract for the relevant product shall be concluded between the User and the Company at the time an email confirming the order details is sent from the Company to the User.

Article 6 — Payment

The User shall pay the product price, shipping fees, and any other necessary charges using the methods designated by the Company.

Article 7 — Delivery and Customs Duties

  1. The ownership and risk of loss for the products shall transfer to the User at the time the Company delivers the products to the shipping carrier.
  2. The User is responsible for all customs duties, other import taxes, and customs clearance fees that may be incurred in the destination country or region.

Article 8 — Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges of products shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of our Refund Policy.

Article 9 — Prohibited Conduct

In using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
  • Acts related to criminal activity.
  • Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of our servers or network.
  • Purchasing products for the purpose of resale, whether for profit or not.
  • Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights, image rights, privacy, or other rights or interests of the Company, other Users, or third parties.
  • Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.

Article 10 — Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademarks for all content — including text, images, logos, photography, and product formulations — contained in the Service belong to the Company or the licensors who have granted licenses to the Company.

Article 11 — Handling of Personal Information

The Company shall handle personal information acquired through the use of the Service appropriately in accordance with its separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 12 — Disclaimer

  1. The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of the Service without prior notice for reasons such as system failures or maintenance.
  2. The suitability of a product — including the presence of allergic reactions and compatibility with a pet's constitution or health condition — shall be determined at the responsibility of the User and their pet. The Company does not guarantee that the products sold on the Service are suitable for all pets. If you notice any unusual signs, stop feeding immediately and consult a veterinarian.
  3. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of using the Service.

Article 13 — Changes to the Terms

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notifying the User if it deems it necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Service.

Article 14 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
  2. In the event of a dispute concerning the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance with agreed jurisdiction.
